M19
00 / Project Description
M19 is a historical collection created to shift toward an optimistic and futuristic design. Serving as an artistic time capsule, the collection was inspired first by the daily reality of wearing face masks day in and day out during the COVID-19 pandemic. This cohesive three-piece portfolio includes a ring, earrings and necklace, reflecting the philosophy that during unprecedented times, simplicity is beauty. Moving away from heavy metal, the pieces are crafted from sterling silver with rhodium finish paired with cubic zirconia stones to deliver a hint of bright and light at an accessible cost.

01 / MOOD EXPLORATION
The creative direction offers a theme of resilience specifically finding a silver lining beneath global challenges. Capturing the raw human experience of isolation and restricted senses, it translates these historic moments into a powerful consumer narrative. The collection is divided into three storytelling pillars. Healing dictates the flow of the necklace (flow with nature), Feeling drives the movement of the earrings (feel the movement) and Lighting serves as the focal point for the ring (see the silver lining).
02 / HAND SKETCHING
The initial ideation phase was shaped by the global restrictions, as the quiet environment of the lockdown unexpectedly provided immense clarity and inner peace. Free from daily distractions, the design process bypassed any heavy investments of time, instead, these sketches were born naturally, flowing almost on autopilot. Sketches focused on sensory experience such as the inability to freely go out or see into balanced and wearable geometric forms.
03 / PRECISION BLUEPRINT
Detailed technical drawings were produced to map out precise measurements, stone counts, stone sizes and overall weight specifications. A major logistical challenge during this phase was safely navigating the restricted outside environment just to check raw material inventory, alongside the constant back-and-forth collaboration with the manufacturer to resolve limitations while maintaining the design's core concept. Despite some hurdles, adapting to new digital communication technologies made a successful production rollout entirely possible.
04 / GOUACHE RENDERING
To ensure complete alignment before physical manufacturing, gouache illustrations were produced to serve as quality standard. These renderings articulate the exact finish of the materials, clearly defining the cool, reflective sheen of the rhodium finish silver against the cubic zirconia accents. These drawings provide your manufacturing team with an absolute visual and technical benchmark for the final, polished product line.
