Designing a Ring Key Elements 2/2
-Gemstones and Diamonds- There are also rings with a mixture of several different gems and they add to the uniqueness of the ring. The most common gems are the classic Diamonds, Colored Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, Topaz and Pearls. -Stone Shape- A gem can be shaped into many forms to fit the ring perfectly. Some opt to choose the shape of the stone first, then fit the setting to the stone. The various cuts are Princess cut, Radiant cut, Round cut, Oval cut, Emerald cut and Pear shape. -Budget- The price of the ring will not define the beauty of the ring and most certainly will not devalue the love that is poured into the ring. -Personal Preference- In selecting a gemstone, keep in mind the wearer's personal preferences. A person's preference will most likely affect the elements as a whole but mainly the setting, the band style, and the gemstone.
